Holistic Counselling

Holistic Counselling is a process that combines energy-based techniques with transformational dialogue. The focus is on the whole person, and utilizes strategies that support a healing response. This process provides an integral approach to healing, and emotional/spiritual transformation. It is an opportunity to deepen one’s sense of “true self” for the purpose of higher awareness, choice, and evolution. This path also supports the transformation of the hidden or shadow self, and unconscious beliefs that obstruct the conscious flow of energy.

Holistic Counselling 60 min. - $95

All prices include HST. Most extended health care plans cover partial or full repayment for registered massage therapy and / or acupuncture and TCM. In addition, MSP pays $23 per visit for massage therapy and accupuncture for a maximum of 10 appointments per year for premium assistance with no doctor referral required. ICBC claims accepted. Gift Certificates available upon request.
