Kendra graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in 2003. Her present work strives to acknowledge the interconnectedness between the physical body and the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each of her clients, and to maintain this awareness with her treatment approach. Kendra’s intention in practice is to assist in reducing physical immobility, and to create ‘space’ for movement, as she is aware that lack of movement can manifest as discomfort, illness and/or pain. Kendra, through continuing her own inner work, being present, centered and grounded, has the capacity to hold a safe, therapeutic space in which to facilitate her client’s healing process.
Kendra has taken numerous post graduate courses including Cranial-Sacral Therapy I & II, Visceral Manipulation, an Introduction to Integrated Fascial therapies, Body psychotherapy, Myofascial release, Field work, Energy healing/counseling and Energy and Grounding courses. Kendra also assists in teaching part time at the WCCMT.
