Kristen Waddell RMT
Kristin Waddell, RMT, graduated from the Okanagan College of Massage Therapy in June of 2005. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, muscle energy, stretching, and Swedish massage, to encourage your unique healing process. In February of 2007, Kristen underwent training to become a Doula, and is passionate about working with pre- and post-natal patients.
